摘要
随着人们对医疗护理服务观念的转变,人文护理越来越受到重视。护生作为护理的贮备力量,如何提高其自身人文素质的养成是本研究关注的重点。研究利用质性研究的方法确立了护生处理紧急情况时能力欠缺等问题,运用临床真实的案例,采取讨论、反思和角色扮演等,融合以学生为主体的团队教学的人文素质培养模式,对护生进行培养。结果显示,接受干预组护生护理的患者,对护生的服务质量、个人特质和服务态度的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义。证实了此培养模式能提高护生整体服务水平。
With the transition of nursing patterns, the humanistic care has been paid more and more attentions. How to improve nursing students' humanistic quality and competent to practice humanistic care is a key point. Taking the methods of qualitative research, this study analyzed the problems of incompetent of nursing students in emergency. The clinical cases were taken to establish a humanistic quality cultivation mode based on team teaching with the methods of discussion, reflection and role play. A controlled study was conducted in nursing students, which re'sults showed that patients who received nursing from intervention group students presented higher satisfaction, and the statistical difference was significant. In conclusion, the new teaching model could improve the service quality of nursing students.
