摘要
通过梳理美国药学学位教育的发展历程,发现美国药学学位教育的发展轨迹具有极强的实践导向性,其学位体系对多样化学位类型具有较强的兼容性,第一级学位教育呈现人才培养的职业性和宽口径等特征。从教育学理论视角分析,其实践导向性符合教育与生产力的关系理论;从教育管理视角分析,科学的高等药学教育管理机制决定其实践导向性和体系兼容性;从美国药学教育内部视角分析,高等药学教育的职业型定位决定其人才培养的职业性和宽口径。
By clarifying the development process of American pharmacy education for degree, the development characteristics of the pharmacy education for degree in the U. S. were found as practice-oriented development course, compatibility of the system in various degrees, profession-oriented nature and wide caliber of talents training in the education for first degree. From the perspective of pedagogic theory, the practical orientation complied with relationship theory between education and productivity. From the perspective of educational administration, the scientific management mechanism determined the practical orientation and system compatibility. From the perspective of internal management, profession-oriented nature and wide caliber of talents training depended on the professional orientation of American pharmacy education for degree.
