摘要
常州某大型商业中心由1栋超高层塔楼、1栋高层塔楼及大型商业建筑组成.2栋塔楼采用框架-筒体结构,商业建筑采用少墙框架结构.详细介绍了该商业建筑的超限分析与结构设计过程,包括结构体系选型、结构布置、超限分析、性能化设计、专项结构分析等方面,并根据分析结果采取了有针对性的加强措施.分析结果表明该结构能很好地满足抗震性能的要求,为今后类似工程的超限分析与结构设计提供参考.
As it is known that the Changzhou Commercial Center is a group of buildings comprised of a super high-rise building,a high-rise building and a shopping mall.The two tower buildings adopt the structural system of frame-corewall,and the shopping mall the frame structure with less amount of shear wall.Transfinite analysis and structure design process of the shopping mall,including selection of structural system,structure arrangement,transfinite analysis,performance-based seismic design,specialized structure analysis,etc.are introduced in this paper.The corresponding strengthening measures are taken according to the results of the analysis.The results indicate that the building structure can meet the requirements of seismic performance,which can provide the reference for transfinite analysis and structure design of similar projects.
