摘要
"交通核"设计在高层住宅建筑设计中具有举足轻重的地位,违反设计规范的"交通核"会造成不可估量的损失.新版《建筑设计防火规范》(GB 50016—2014)取代旧版《建筑设计防火规范》(GB 50016—2006)与旧版《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB 50045—95)并于2015年5月1日起正式实施.新旧规范交替之际,许多高层居住建筑"交通核"设计方案在设计过程中出现了两种情况:一种是仍然按照旧版规范进行方案设计;另一种是错误地应用了新版规范进行方案设计.针对以上两种情况,对高层民用居住建筑(一类高层与二类高层)单元式住宅"交通核",采用按照新旧规范对比的方法进行设计,对各种方案的异同进行探讨,为建筑设计与消防设计提供了依据.
"Traffic hub"plays an important part in designing high-rise residential buildings.Tall building with the"traffic hub"violating the code may lead to immeasurable loss.The new code Code for fire protection design of buildings(GB 50016—2014)which replaces the old code Code for fire protection design of buildings(GB 50016—2006)and Code for fire protection design of tall buildings(GB 50045—95)has been used on May 1,2015.At the period of new and old code alternation,there are two problems in the traffic hub design process:one uses the old code,and the other the new code incorrectly.Considering the problems above,the paper uses the new and old code to make a contrasting design for the"traffic hub"of unit-divided high-rise buildings(high-rise buildings I and II),and discusses the similarities and differences of those design plans.The result provides reference for architectural design and fire protection design.
