摘要
浮游植物是海洋的主要初级生产力.然而,目前浮游植物与环境因子之间的关系尚不清楚.因此,开展海洋化学、生物、水环境特征及其对浮游植物分布影响的调查具有重要的意义.2013年5月对长岛周边海域环境因子和浮游植物进行调查,运用多元统计分析技术分析水环境特征及其对浮游植物分布的影响.调查期间,共发现浮游植物41种,细胞平均丰度为7.11×10~8 cells/m^3,优势种为柔弱几内亚藻(Guinardia delicatula(Cleve)Hasle).浮游植物细胞丰度呈现从东到西逐渐降低的变化特征.用主成分(PCA)分析浮游植物的分布特征,结果表明,浮游植物主要分布于调查海域的东部和北部海域.运用冗余分析(RDA)讨论浮游植物分布与环境因子的关系,结果表明,盐度、亚硝酸盐和化学需氧量是影响长岛周边海域浮游植物分布的关键性环境因子.
Phytoplankton is the main supplier of ocean primary productivity.However,the relationship between phytoplankton and environmental factors is unclear.So,it has a significance of making clear of the sea water environment characteristics and its impact on the distribution of the phytoplankton.In the study,a detailed investigation of chemical,hydrological and biological resources and relationship among them are conducted in surrounding waters around Changdao Island in spring in 2013,using multivariate statistical analysis technology.During the investigation,totally 41 taxa are identified.Guinardia delicatula(Cleve)Hasle is the dominant species.The average abundance of phytoplankton is 7.11×10~8 cells/m^3 with gradually decreasing from eastern waters to western waters.Characteristics of phytoplankton assemblages are identified by using principal component analysis(PCA),while redundan-cy analysis(RDA)is used to examine the environmental variables that may explain the patterns of variation of the phytoplankton community.Based on PCA results,the phytoplankton is mainly distributed in the eastern and the northern water zones.RDA indicates that salty,nitrite and chemical oxygen demand have the most profound impacts on the phytoplankton assemblages.
