摘要
针对传统后浇带模板施工中存在的一系列问题,采用有限元模拟的方法,提出了一种新型后浇带模板早拆体系,并对该模板早拆体系的相关参数:模板支架的保留层数、模板支架拆除时混凝土的强度、支架间距、支架排数进行了研究,解决了传统后浇带模板施工中成本过高、结构挠度过大、易产生裂缝的问题,可为安全绿色施工提供参考.
Based on the method of finite element simulation,a new system of early-dismantling template is proposed to solve the problems of the template construction of the post-pouring strip.The basic parameters of the early-dismantling template including the layers remained,the dismantling time,the distance between supports and the number of supports of the template early removing system are analyzed.The early-dismantling template can provide a way of how to solve the problems of high-cost,large deflection,cracks in the construction of post-pouring template effectively,and also a reference for green construction.
