基于Cox回归模型的高血压并发冠心病影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of patients with hypertension complicating coronary heart disease based on Cox regression model

为了探讨高血压并发冠心病的影响因素,以深圳市95 794例高血压患者5年期间的体检信息为研究对象,采用Cox回归模型对可能影响其预后的因素进行Cox单变量和多变量回归。分析结果显示,高血压并发冠心病的主要影响因素为年龄、性别、锻炼频率、教育水平、收缩压、舒张压、体重及对病情的知晓情况,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。高血压患者可以通过加强体育锻炼,规律用药,合理膳食,控制体重,同时进行健康知识学习,提高对高血压及其并发症的知晓率等措施来预防高血压并发冠心病的发生。

The influencing factors of the hypertension and its related complications can provide the theory basis for prevention and control of them. Through Cox single variable regression and multivariate regression on the samples of five years, 95 794 cases of hypertension patients in Shenzhen recorded in medical treatment information, analysis results show that the mayor influencing factors of the hypertension complicating coronary heart disease are age, sex, behavior, exercise frequency, sys- tolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cognitive condition, weight and so on, which are statistically significant （p~ 0.05）. To prevent hypertension and coronary heart disease and improve the health level, people need to strengthen the com- prehension of hypertension and its complications. At the same time, hypertension patients should strengthen the exercise, take medication on time, keep reasonable diet, take part in health knowledge education in order to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease and other complications.
