摘要
通过问卷调查的方式考察了北京市朝阳区465名中小学班主任的工作倦怠和工作满意度情况,研究结果发现:1.班主任的工作倦怠程度较低;2.班主任的工作满意度呈中等偏上水平,内在满意度要高于外在满意度;3.农村示范校班主任的工作倦怠程度高于其他类型学校的班主任,工作满意度低于其他类型学校的班主任;4.班主任工作倦怠与工作满意度呈现显著的负相关,情绪耗竭和个人成就感对工作满意度有较好的预测作用。
465 primary and secondary school class teachers' job burnout and job satisfaction were investigated by questionnaire surveys in Chaoyang District in Beijing. The research results are as fol- lows: (1) The level of class teachers' job burnout is low, and the achievement feeling is slightly above the middle level. (2) Job satisfaction of the class teachers is slightly above the middle level, and their inner satisfaction is higher than the external satisfaction. (3) The degree of job burnout of rural demon- stration school class teachers is higher than that of other types of schools' class teachers, and the de- gree of job satisfaction is lower than that of other types of schools' class teachers. (4) There was a sig- nificant negative correlation between the class teachers' job burnout and their job satisfaction, and e- motional exhaustion and personal accomplishment have good predictive effect on job satisfaction. There was significant negative correlation between the 4 class teacher job burnout and job satisfaction, and e- motional exhaustion and personal accomplishment are good predictors of job satisfaction.
