摘要
借鉴职业教育中的MES理念设计适合小学科学教师职后培训的课程。该课程以PCK理念为指导,做到知识、技能教学综合化。培训课程的设计过程包括选择模块和开发课程两个环节。开发的培训课程以教学实践为主线,增加前瞻性的理论讲座并关注多方面技能的训练。
The course for the in-service teacher training for primary school science teachers is de- signed based on the concept of MES （Modules of Employable Skill） in vocational education. Based on the idea of PCK, this course integrates knowledge and skill teaching together. The design process of the training course includes two parts： module selection and course development. The training courses de- veloped should mainly focus on the teaching practice, should include more forward-looking theory lec- tures and pay more attention to various skills training.
