DNA甲基转移酶3A基因突变阳性的T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤／白血病一例临床分析

摘要 目的分析DNA甲基转移酶3A（DNMT3A）基因突变阳性的T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤／白血病（T-LBL／ALL）的临床及预后特征。方法报道1例DNMT3A基因突变阳性的T—LBL／ALL的发生、发展及对治疗的反应并复习相关文献。结果DNMT3A基因突变可出现在T—LBL／ALL患者中，该患者具有病程长、白细胞计数不高、伴纵隔病变和肝脾大等特征，且对治疗的反应较差。结论DNMT3A基因突变可能是T-LBL／ALL患者预后不良的一个指标。
