公立医院慈善助医模式探讨

Charity Medical Assistance Patterns of Public Hospitals

我国进入老龄化社会以来,呈现出老年人口基数大、增速快、高龄化、失能化、空巢化趋势,其对医疗、护理的需求也在快速上升。在越来越注重公立医院公益性的今天,作为政府主办的公立医院,应当承担起慈善助医的社会责任,体现一定的慈善性,并形成有效的运行模式,使贫困老年患者能够获得最直接的救助、最及时的治疗。

With the aging of our country, it shows a trend of a large elderly population base featured with fast growth, aging, disability and empty nest. Their demand for medicine and nursing is rapidly rising. In current context that increasingly attention is paid to public welfare of public hospitals, public hospitals should undertake their social responsibility of charity medical assistance as they are state-owned. They should reflect some charity features and form effective operation mode to help poor elderly patients gain the most direct and timely assistance and treatment.
