浅谈职业教育教师“工匠型”专业化发展

Discussion on “Craftsman-oriented” Professional Development of Vocational Education Teachers

目前,努力提高技术技能型人才的质量已得到高职院校普遍重视,但对于人才培养质量提高的关键因素——师资的专业化发展,理念上却比较传统。文本根据职业教育所承担的任务以及目前职业院校师资水平现状,提出提升职业教育教师的专业化水平要像训练"工匠"一样。"工匠型"专业化发展既是职业院校教师从业发展的必然要求,也是提高职业教育质量的关键所在。

currently ,higher vocational colleges have generally attached importance to improve the quality of skilled talents ;however ,as to the key factor of improving the quality of talents - profession‐al development of teachers , it is comparatively traditional in concept . This paper proposes that the process of improving the professional level of vocational education teachers should be like training“craftsman” according to the tasks born by the vocational education and current state of teachers ’ level in vocational schools .“Craftsman-oriented”professional development is not only an inevitable require‐ment for vocational development of teachers in vocational schools but also the key factor for improving vocational education quality .
