高职院校德育工作主流是好的,但是不能忽视的是,在当今多种思潮激荡的情况下,传统的、一成不变的德育工作模式已经遭受着方方面面的挑战,德育工作的创新刻不容缓。高职院校德育工作者要及时、全面、准确地把握高职学生的思想特点,深入分析,认真研究总结出适合当代高职生的德育工作创新体系,进而培养他们成为适应社会需求的技术型人才。

the mainstream of moral education work in higher vocational schools is fine ,but what cannot be neglected is that the traditional machine -parsable moral education work model is suffering from every aspect of challenges in today’s situation of floods of thoughts rising and falling ,and there is no time to delay for the innovation of moral education work .The moral education teachers in higher vo‐cational schools should timely ,comprehensively and accurately grasp ideological characteristics of higher vocational students and conduct deep analysis and seriously study and work out an innovative system of moral education work suitable for contemporary higher vocational students ,and then cultivate them to technical talents who can adapt to the social requirements.
