现代学徒制培养方式在工程造价专业中的应用研究

Research on Application of Training Method of Modern Apprenticeship in the Engineering Cost Specialty

文本基于工程造价专业内实施现代学徒制的育人模式,探索符合专业发展与企业需求相结合的校企联合培养之路。分析工程造价专业现状,开展从校企双方负责的工作内容、共同培养方式、综合素质教育、实施定岗培养和轮岗制度等多方面进行学徒制培养方式的探索,为工程造价专业提供一种新的人才培养模式,为现代学徒制在其他专业的实施提供可移植性和推广性的经验。

Based on modern apprenticeship education model implemented by engineering cost spe‐cialty ,this paper explores a talent cultivating way combining professional development and demands of the enterprise .It explores the apprenticeship talent cultivating method from various aspects ,such as an‐alyzing the current state of the construction cost specialty ,carrying out the work content that are in charge of both college and enterprise ,co cultivating method ,comprehensive quality -oriented educa‐tion ,implementing post targeted cultivation and job rotation system ,which provide a new talent cultiva‐ting model for engineering cost specialty and experience of portability and the promotion of modern ap‐prenticeship to other specialties .
