供给侧改革是我国适应新常态、引领新常态的路径之一,实质是通过技术创新来解决社会发展动力不足的问题。工人是技术创新的源泉和动力,应从精神、制度、激励等各角度完善工职工的经济技术创新体系,激发工人技术的渐进创新,促进技术体系的变革,进而优化供给侧结构,适应经济发展新常态,引领新常态。

The reform of supply side is one of the approaches for China to adapt to and lead the new trend ,and its essence is to solve the problem of insufficient power of social development through technical innovation .Workers are the source and power of technical innovation ,so it is required to im‐prove the staffs’ economic and technical innovation system ,stimulate the workers’ gradual technical in‐novation and promote the reform of technical reform form the aspects of mentality ,system and incen‐tives ,so as to optimize the structure of supply side ,adapt to and lead the new trend of economic devel‐opment .
