摘要
主要讨论了某公司业已使用生产的且收到较好效果的循环流化床锅炉作为讨论的对象。通过使用多种科学有效的优化循环流化床锅炉改造技术,使得锅炉所排放的烟气中含有的二氧化硫等污染物大为降低,符合相关的国家标准。本篇文章对于锅炉中较为关键的烟气脱硫方法所存在的一些实际问题,给出了一些可以改善循环流化床锅炉运行中排放烟气所含有的硫化物超标的办法,从而可以使得工业生产中的湿法脱硫方法所排放的废水对周围的生态环境造成严重的破坏。通过使得锅炉使用的废水处理方案,可以确保锅炉脱硫过程能够更加的合乎于环保的标准。
This article discusses the use of a company already produced good results and received a circulating fluidized bed boiler as an object of discussion.By using a variety of scientific and effective optimization of circulating fluidized bed boiler technology, making the boiler flue gas sulfur dioxide and other pollutants emitted contained greatly reduced, in line with the relevant national standards.This article for some practical problems in the more critical boiler flue gas desulfurization methods exist, give some to improve the operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas emissions sulfide contained excessive way, thereby making the industrial production the method of wet desulfurization wastewater discharged to the surrounding ecological environment caused serious damage. By making use of the boiler wastewater treatment scheme, to ensure that the boiler desulfurization process can be more in line with environmental standards.
