双层保温注水海管在垦利10-4油田的应用研究

摘要 垦利10-4油田原油的物性具有含蜡高、析蜡点高、凝固点高的特点,在水驱开发中,若采用常规单层注水海管输送注水,注水温度偏低,低温水注入地层会形成冷水带,不仅使原油由牛顿流体转变为非牛顿流体,改变原油的渗流规律,而且析出的固体蜡质也会造成油气层污染,影响注水开发效果。为了解决注水温度低的问题,提高采收率,垦利10-4油田注水海管采用双层保温设计,经热力计算和现场验证,注水温度能达到采油工艺要求。 The physical properties of Kenli 10-4 with a waxy crude oil, high wax precipitation point, high freezing point features in waterflood development, the use of a conventional single-layer water piped sea water, low water temperature, low-temperature water cold water injected into the formation will form a band, not only by the crude oil into a non-Newtonian fluid Newtonian fluid, change oil seepage law, and the precipitated solid waxy layer of oil and gas can also cause pollution affecting water flooding.In order to solve the problem of low water temperature, enhanced oil recovery, sea Kenli 10-4 oil field water injection pipe with double insulation design, the thermodynamic calculation and field-proven, water temperature can reach oil production process requirements.
