摘要
对静电的产生及危害进行了阐述,结合静电产生的特点对储运系统中常见的静电现象进行了分析,进而从工艺控制、设置消静电装置、人体防静电、强化员工培训四个方面展开论述,阐述了油品储运系统防静电的具体措施,旨在提高油品储运系统静电安全。
This article generation and electrostatic hazards are described, combining the characteristics of static electricity generated on the storage and transport systems common electrostatic phenomena were analyzed, and process control, set the anti-static devices, anti-static body, strengthen staff training four aspects discussed, elaborated oil storage and transportation system, anti-static concrete measures aimed at improving the safety of electrostatic oil storage and transportation system.
