摘要
主要探讨了环己烯催化水合制环己醇的研究进展,对环己烯水合催化剂和其工艺中出现的问题进行了分析。由于在环己烯水合工艺中存在催化剂消耗较大以及转化率较低的缺点,所以开发反应精馏新工艺和相应催化剂是环己烯水合反应新的研究方向。
This paper discusses the research progress hexene catalyzed cyclization hydration cyclohexanol, cyclohexene hydration catalyst and its process problems were analyzed.Due to the presence of large catalyst consumption and low conversion rate disadvantage in cyclohexene hydration process, so the development of reactive distillation process and the corresponding catalyst is a new research direction cyclohexene hydration reaction.
