二氧化钛固载杂多化合物催化剂的制备及光催化性能

摘要 通过磷钼酸H_7PMo_(12)O_(42)和邻菲罗啉C_(12)H_8N_2的溶液反应,生成杂多化合物,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO_2为载体,采用浸渍法制备H_7PMo_(12)O_(42)—C_(12)H_8N_2/TiO_2固体杂多催化剂。实验结果表明,以TiO_2为载体负载杂多化合物催化剂,使催化剂的光利用范围扩展到可见光范围,催化活性也被提高。二氧化钛固载杂多化合物催化剂对甲基橙、酸性大红、罗丹明B均有较好催化降解活性,负载型催化剂易于分离,循环使用效果较好。 Phosphomolybdic acid solution reaction and H7PMo12O42 Phenanthroline Cl2H8N2 generate heteropoly compounds, prepared by sol-gel method TiO2 as carrier were prepared by impregnation method H7PMo12O42-Cl2H8N2/TiO2 solid heteropolyacid catalyst.The experimental results showed that TiO2 as carder supported heteropoly compound catalyst, a catalyst light utilization range extended into the visible range, the catalytic activity is also improved.Titania catalyst supported heteropoly compound methyl orange, acid red, rhodamine B degradation have better catalytic activity, supported catalyst is easy to separate, recycle better.
