空分装置主冷液氧连续排放复热氧气持续回收安全节能

摘要 国内的空分装置为了降低空分主冷中碳氢组分的含量,一般做法是建议加大主冷液氧排放量来稀释空分主冷中的碳氢。如何做到空分主冷液氧的连续排放,且能够达到液氧回收的目的,我们经过分析研究,采用气化回收的方法,这样既可以提高氧气产量,同时又可以减少由于汽化而造成的蒸汽消耗。该方法实施后,达到了空分装置安全节能的目标。 The domestic air separation plant in order to reduce the content of main cold air separation of hydrocarbon components, the general practice is to recommend to increase the main cold liquid oxygen emissions to dilute the main cold air separation of hydrocarbons.How do ASU main cold liquid oxygen continuous emission, and can reach the oxygen recovery purposes, we analyzed studies, the use of recycled gasification method, both to increase oxygen production, but also can reduce the vaporization caused steam consumption.After this manner to achieve the goals of safety and energy saving air separation unit.
