随着机动车数量的大幅增加,排气污染问题日益突出,尾气排放已成为我国空气污染的重要来源,机动车排气定期检验作为排气污染防治工作中的重要一环,其有效的监管显得尤为重要。将从分析现有的监管方法及其局限性出发,在此基础上提出综合监管方法以加强对机动车排气定期检验工作的监管。

With a big increase in number of vehicles, the exhaust pollution problem increasingly prominent, exhaust emission has become an important source of air pollution in China, the motor vehicle exhaust test on a regular basis as an important part of exhaust pollution prevention and control work, it is particularly important to the effective regulation.This article embarks from the analysis of the existing regulation methods and their limitations, and on the basis of comprehensive regulation method is put forward to strengthen the regulation of vehicular inspection work regularly.
