摘要
将中国和韩国的环境影响评价制度分别在立法、适用范围、程序、公众参与等方面进行了对比分析,并从立法层面、适用范围方面和公众参与方面对中国环境影响评价制度的发展提出了建议,以期通过借鉴韩国环境影响评价制度中的先进之处来改善中国的环境影响评价制度。
China and South Korea＇ s environmental impact assessment system were compared and analyzed in terms of legislation, scope, procedures, public participation, and from the legislative level, the scope of application and public participation on the development of Chinese environmental impact assessment system proposed recommendations to Korea by drawing on environmental impact assessment system in the advanced place to improve China＇ s environmental imoact assessment system.
