摘要
我国目前修订的电气设计规范,不论是行业标准,IEC标准首先着眼于人身安全问题,而我们现行的设计规范都着眼于保护线路的绝缘,因此低压接地保护部分有较大的修改。按新的规范,从设计角度论述各种低压系统的特点、使用场合、相应的接地保护安全措施。
My current revision of electrical design specifications, whether it is the industry standard, IEC standard first focus on personal safety, and our current design specifications are intended to protect wiring insulation, so low-voltage ground protection part of a major changes. According to the new norms, from the design point of view it discusses the characteristics of a variety of low-pressure systems, using the occasion, the appropriate security measures to protect the ground.
