摘要
张力腿监测系统主要用于监测张力筋腱的状态、张力,分析平台的质量分配,对于张力腿平台在安装及作业过程中的安全性起着至关重要的作用。为保证张力腿监测系统的可靠性与完整性,对比了张力腿监测设备性能和应用条件,考虑了海洋工程的施工特点和难点,提出了张力腿监测系统设计的基本原则和设计要求,并给出了具体的设计方案。通过项目验证,该系统适于在张力腿平台推广和应用。
The tendon tension monitoring system (TTMS) is mainly used for monitoring the status and tension of tendons, and the mass assignments of analysis platform,it plays a key role in safety during the process of installation and operation of the tension lag platform. In order to ensure the reliability and integrity of TrMS,the performance and application conditions of tension leg monitoring equipment are compared,the construction characteristics and difficulties of marine engineering are considered, the basic principle and design requirements of TTMS are put forward,and the specific design scheme is given. Through the project verification, this system is suitable for promotion and application in the tension leg platform.
