摘要
针对余热烟气温度波动引起锅炉汽包水位难以控制的问题,提出了温度波动下的锅炉汽包水位模糊控制方法。该方法通过分析余热烟气温度波动下的汽包水位动态特性,在已有PID三冲量控制算法的基础上,利用模糊控制方法将余热烟气温度偏差和偏差变化率引入到汽包水位控制算法中,以修正给水量设定值,抑制烟气温度波动造成的影响,稳定汽包水位。系统仿真和实际工程应用结果验证了所提方法的有效性、可行性。
For waste heat power generation, the control of boiler drum water level becomes difficult due to the temperature fluctuation of flue gas,to solve this problem,the fuzzy control method for drum water level under temperature fluctuation is proposed. Through analyzing the dynamic characteristics of drum water level under temperature fluctuation, by using fuzzy control method, based on existing three - element PID control algorithm, the temperature deviation and deviation rate of the flue gas are introduced into the control algorithm of drum control level to revise the set - point of feed - water flow, thus the influence caused by temperature deviation of flue gas is restrained, and the drum water level is stabilized. The results of system simulation and practical engineering application verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method proposed.
