摘要 为降低高效视频编码(HEVC)帧内编码的复杂度,提出一种快速模式和变换单元(TU)尺寸决策算法。在快速模式决策算法中,利用预测单元的纹理减少粗糙模式的决策模式个数,根据最有可能成为第一候选模式的分布,跳过最佳模式可能性较小的模式率失真优化过程。在TU尺寸决策算法中,对残差块的纹理进行分析,以此提前终止TU的分割。在HM10.1上的实验结果证明,提出的算法能够平均降低30.7%的编码时间,增加1.40%的平均码流差。 To reduce the intra encoding complexity of High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), this paper proposes an algorithm which combines fast mode decision and Transformation Unit(TU) size decision. In the novelty of the proposed fast mode decision algorithm, it reduces the number of prediction direction candidates based on the texture of Prediction Unit( PU ), and skips Rate Distrotion Optimization (RDO) for some specific modes based on first candidates set of RDO. In TU size decision algorithm,TU split is early terminated based on the texture homogeneity of residual block. In HM10. 1 ,experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves on average 30.7% total encoding time reduction with 1.40% Bjontedgaard Delta Bitrate(BDBR) increase.
