基于ISSR标记的新疆伊犁薰衣草品种资源的遗传多样性分析 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】揭示不同薰衣草品种的遗传多样性。【方法】利用ISSR分子标记技术对45个薰衣草品种的亲缘关系进行分析。【结果】45份材料DNA共扩增出83条谱带,平均每条引物扩增出9.2条带,多态性为60条带,多态性比例为72.29%。45份薰衣草品种两两之间的遗传距离值在0.663~0.988。群体的有效等位基因数(Ne)、基因多样度(H)、Shannon信息指数(I)分别为1.399 5、0.240 4和0.364 3。45个薰衣草品种在遗传距离0.72处可分为两类,第Ⅰ类包含44个品种,第Ⅱ类仅有1个品种。【结论】伊犁地区的45个薰衣草品种遗传多样性水平低,亲缘关系较近。 [ Objective] This research focuses on assessment of the genetic variability and diversity of lav- ender (Lavandula pedunculata). [ Method] Genetic relations among 45 cuhivars of lavenders were analyzed by inter- simple sequence repeat (ISSR) makers. [ Result] A total of 83 ISSR bands were obtained, among which 60 were polymorphic bands. On average, amplification band of the each primer was 9.2 and polymor- phism ratio was 72.29%. The dissimilarity coefficient of the 45 lavender cultivars ranged from 0. 663 to 0. 988. The efficient number of alleles, Nei~ genetic diversity, and Shannon~ information index of the culti- vars varieties were 1. 399,5, 0. 240,4 and 0.364,3, respectively. The 45 lavender cultivars were divided into 2 groups at the genetic distance 0.72 by UPGMA. The first group contained 44 cultivars and the second group only contained 1 cultivars. [ Conclusion] The population genetic diversity of 45 lavender cultivars was high and the genetic relationship was close.
