摘要
以大果型砂梨品种'新高'(Pyrus pyrifolia cv.'Niitaka')和普通果型品种'丰水'(Pyrus pyrifolia cv.'Housui')为试材,分析了两个品种果实发育过程中5种游离态和束缚态内源多胺含量的变化,结果表明:游离态多胺含量在果实发育早期较高,而束缚态多胺含量则在果实发育后期较高,且'新高'比'丰水'果实中多胺含量高,说明游离态多胺含量变化与砂梨果实细胞分裂关系密切,而束缚态多胺含量变化对果实细胞体积的膨大有重要作用。
' Niitaka' pear (Pyrus serotina cv. ' Niitaka' ) which was the big size fruit and ' Housui' pear ( Pyrus serotina cv. ' Housui' ) which was the ordinary size fruit were used respectively as experimental materials, changes in the free and bound polyamine contents during fruit development of the two kinds pear were studied. The results showed that the free polyamine contents were higher in early development stage of fruits, and the bound polyamine contents were higher at the late stage of fruit development. The polyamine contents were higher in the ' Niitaka' pear than in the ' Housui' pear, which illustrated that the changes in free polyamine contents had close relationship with cell division in pear fruits, and the changes in bound polyamine contents had great effects on the cell volume increase in pear fruits.
