摘要
企业经营者对于企业发展起到重要的作用,制定科学、合理、有效的企业经营者经营业绩考核评价体系,对完善企业经营者激励机制,进一步提高企业的经济效益,增强企业核心竞争力具有重要的意义。通过对现有的企业经营者绩效考核体系中出现的问题进行分析,提出从经营性、成长性、创新性三方面研究建立企业经营者绩效考核指标体系。
Enterprise operators play an important role in the development of the enterprises. Constructing scientific, reasonable and effective enterprise operators' performance evaluation indicator system has great influ- ence on improving enterprise operators' incentive system, enhancing enterprises' economic benefit further, and strengthening enterprises' core competitiveness. The paper analyses the existing problems in the indicator system of enterprise operators' performance evaluation,discusses how to construct enterprise operators' performance e- valuation indicator system from three aspects:operation, growth and innovation.
