江苏省M镇农户城乡一体化动迁安置满意度实证分析

Empirical analysis on the farmers' resettlement satisfaction in the M Town of Jiangsu Province in the process of urban-rural integration

以城乡一体化农民集中居住试验点——江苏省太仓市M镇的安置农户为研究对象,利用实际调查数据,通过有序Logistic模型系统地分析了影响农户动迁安置满意度的主要因素。结果表明:安置前房屋结构、安置前距公路距离、安置后子女上学距离变化、安置后收入情况、对安置小区物业服务满意度、以及动迁安置过程中对媒体的关注程度是影响本次城乡一体化动迁安置满意度的显著因素。

The farm households concentratedly resettled in the M Town of Taicang City were given a ques-tionnaire, and the main factors influencing farmers＇ resettlement satisfaction were systematically analyzed by an ordinal Logistic model. The results showed that the resettlement satisfaction of farmers in the process of urban-ru- ral integration was significantly influenced by house structure and distance between house and highway before resettlement, distance for children go to school and income after resettlement, satisfaction for property service of resettlement, and attention to news media in the resettlement process.
