摘要
提出了一种基于准Z源(QZS)双输出(DO)双级矩阵变换器(QZS-DO-TSMC)拓扑及其调制策略。克服了传统DO-TSMC电压传输比低、逆变级需要开关死区和开关器件多等缺点。QZS—DO-TSMC由整流级、准Z源阻抗网络和五桥臂逆变级组成,可同时输出两路独立的三相对称正弦电压。在保证电压传输比的同时能有效降低电容电压应力,抑制启动电流,并且克服常规Z源网络升压模式下输入电流不连续的不足。实验验证了所提拓扑和调制策略的正确性和有效性。
A quasi Z-source (QZS) dual-output (DO) two-stage matrix converter (QZS-DO-TSMC) topology and its control method is proposed.Compared with conventional DO-TSMC,the proposed topology has less power electronic devices, higher voltage transfer ratio and the dead time of the power electronic devices is eliminated.This converter which consists of a rectifier stage, a QZS network and a five-leg inverter stage can supply for two three-phase loads independently.The topology can reduce the Z-source capacitor voltage stress greatly and has inherent limitation prope- rty for inrush current.Compared with conventional Z-source net,the QZS net has overcomes the shortcoming,namely that the input current is discontinuous in the Boost mode.Through the simulation and experiment verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed topology and its modulation strategy.
