摘要
提出了一种基于CAN总线控制的直流软开关电源并联系统,其中电源模块采用加箝位二极管的零电压开关(ZVS)软开关拓扑,并联系统采用基于CAN总线通讯的自动选主主从均流法,控制系统以TMS320F2812型数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,并采用Bang-Bang+比例积分微分(PID)控制算法。在实验样机中电源模块顺利实现了软开关,筘位二极管有效抑制了输出整流管的电压振荡与尖峰,提高了电源模块的可靠性;基于CAN总线的自动选主算法与均流算法实现了并联系统的自动主从设置,达到了冗余控制的目的,且均流不平衡度小于3%,获得了很好的均流效果。
A parallel system of DC soft switching power supply based on CAN bus technology is designed.Zero voltage switching(ZVS) soft switching topology with clamping diodes is used to design power supply modules.And the method of automatically choosing principal module based on CAN bus technology is implemented.TMS320F2812 digital signal processor(DSP) is used as the control core,Bang-Bang and proportional integral discrete(PID) are the main control algorithms.An prototype with two power supply modules is made and the results show that the soft switching of power modules is successfully achieved, and the voltage shocks and peaks of output rectifier diodes are effectively inhibited. All of them show the reliability of the power supply module is improved.To the parallel system the automatic master- slave settings is realized and the purpose of redundancy control with a good effect of current sharing is achieved.
