消银化瘀汤治疗银屑病临床研究

Clinical Research on Xiaoyin Huayu Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis

目的探讨消银化瘀汤治疗银屑病临床应用效果。方法对照组给予常规西医药物治疗,研究组在常规西医药物治疗基础上加用中医消银化瘀汤辨证给药。两组连续治疗1个月后,记录其临床疗效并加以分析。结果两组银屑病患者经上述相应措施治疗后,研究组临床总有效率高达88.89%,对照组临床总有效率仅为73.33%,对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对银屑病患者给予常规西医联合中医消银化瘀汤辨证给药后可显著提高其临床疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。

Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of Xiaoyin Huayu decoction in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment. The study group was given Xiaoyin Huayu decoction by TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the conventional Western medicine. After a month of continuous treatment, the clinical effect was recorded and analyzed. Results After corresponding treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the study group was up to 88. 89%, the clinical total effective rate of the control group was only 73. 33% clinical, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The conventional Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome Xiaoyin Huayu decoction administration can significantly improve the clinical effect, and will help protect the quality of life and health of patients.
