Duqi Jiachai Shaogui Decoction in Yi Guan in the Treatment of Functional Low Fever for 39 Cases

目的探讨《医贯》都气加柴芍桂汤治疗功能性低热的疗效。方法采用《医贯》都气加柴芍桂汤对临床39例功能性低热患者进行治疗。结果都气加柴芍桂汤在治疗功能性低热时根据不同具体病情灵活进行临床加减,并与六味地黄汤对照观察和总结,都气加柴芍桂汤治疗39例功能性低热患者中总有效率达97.44%,治愈者随访半年无复发。结论《医贯》都气加柴芍桂汤治疗功能性低热疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Duqi Jiachai Shaogui decoction in Yi Guan in the treatment of functional low fever. Method Duqi Jiachai Shaogui decoction in Yi Guan was used to treat 39 patients with functional low fever. Results The modified Duqi Jiachai Shaogui decoction was used to treat functional low fever according to the specific condition. Combining with Liuwei Dihuang decoction, the total effective rate of Duqi Jiachai Shaogui decoction in the treatment of functional low fever was 97. 44%, and there was no recurrence within half a year of following interview. Conclusion Duqi Jiachai Shaogui decoction in Yi Guan in the treatment of functional low fever has exactly curative effect.
