辨证分型论治为主治疗月经过多疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation for Menorrhagia

目的观察中医辨证论治治疗月经过多的疗效。方法采用中医辨证分型(气血亏虚型、肾阴不足型、肾阳亏虚型、血热内盛型、气滞血瘀型、肝郁化火型、脾虚肿满型)论治(以补气养血升提,滋肾养阴固冲,温肾助阳固冲,清热凉血固冲,活血化瘀止血,疏肝解郁清热止血,健脾利湿化气行水止血)为主,随症加减,治疗本病55例。结果总有效率96.4%。结论本方法对本病有补气升提、滋肾养阴、温肾助阳、清热凉血、活血化瘀、疏肝解郁清热、健脾化水,消肿止血的功效,达到安冲止血,使月经量减少的作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation for menorrhagia. Method Using traditional Chinese medicine Syndrome Differentiation （ qi and blood deficiency type, kidney yin deficiency type, kidney yang deficiency, blood heat type, qi and blood stasis type, stagnation of liver qi transforming into fire type, spleen deficiency and fullness） , treatment （ tonifying qi and blood, invigorating kidney yin and consolidating Chong Vessel, warming kidney yang and consolidating Chong Vessel, clearing heat and cooling blood for consolidating Chong Vessel, activating blood circulation for bleeding, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and strengthening spleen for promoting diuresis） was given priority, and 55 cases of patients with the disease were treated. Results The total effective rate was 96. 4%. Conclusion This method had effect of invigorating qi for ascending, invigorating kidney yin, warming kidney yang, clearing heat and cooling blood, activating blood circulation, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and strengthening spleen for promoting dieresis, and made menstrual quantity decreases.
