针灸耳穴贴治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱疾病效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Auricular Application in the Treatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

目的对应用针灸与耳穴贴压联合方式对患有糖尿病神经源性膀胱疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有糖尿病神经源性膀胱疾病的患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。采用常规方案对对照组患者实施治疗;在常规方案基础上采用针灸与耳穴贴压联合方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗前后的B超检测残余尿量水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组;糖尿病神经源性膀胱疾病的药物治疗效果明显优于对照组;排尿功能恢复正常时间和疾病药物治疗时间明显短于对照组;用药期间的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论应用针灸与耳穴贴压联合方式对患有糖尿病神经源性膀胱疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and auricular application in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods 82 cases of patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 41 cases. The control group received conventional treatment scheme. On the basis of conventional scheme, the treatment group received acupuncture and auricular application pressure. Results Before and after treatment, the improvement of the level of residual urine volume by ultrasound detection of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, Micturition function back to normal and disease medication time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and drug adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of acupuncture and auricular application pressure in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder has significant clinical effect.
