化痰通腑中药治疗肝性脑病的临床观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Huatan Tongfu Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy

目的探讨化痰通腑中药治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月—2014年6月接收肝性脑病患者120例,分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组应用常规治疗方法,研究组在常规治疗基础上增加化痰通腑中药治疗。结果研究组总有效率达95%,对照组总有效率达71.67%,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血氨、血清胆红素和凝血酶原时间均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用化痰通腑中药方法治疗肝性脑病具有良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Huatan Tongfu Chinese medicine in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods From 2012 January to June 2014 in our hospital, 120 cases of hepatic encephalopathy patients were divided into study group and control group, and each group had 60 cases. The control group used conventional treatment, the study group Huatan Tongfu Chinese medicine on the basis of the conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group had significant difference, and there was statistical significance （P＆lt;0. 05）. Blood ammonia, serum bilirubin and prothrombin time in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine method of Huatan Tongfu therapy for hepatic encephalopathy has good curative effect.
