养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Yangyin Huowei Mixture in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨养阴活胃合剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗的临床效果分析。方法选择我院2013年2月—2014年5月收治的75例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组37例,实施常规西医疗法治疗,观察组38例使用养阴活胃合剂治疗,对两组患者治疗后效果进行分析。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为94.74%,明显较对照组75.68%高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为24.32%,显著高于观察组5.26%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组复发率为5.26%,与对照组18.42%相比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎实施养阴活胃合剂治疗的效果显著,可有效控制不良反应发生,降低复发率,利于患者预后,值得推广。

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of Yangyin Huowei mixture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 75 patients who suffered from the chronic atrophic gastritis and accepted treatments in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2014 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into control group of 37 cases and observation group of 38 cases. In the control group, they were treated with the routine Western medicine therapy. In the observation group, they were treated with the Yangyin Huowei mixture. Then, the therapeutic effects of these two groups of patients were analyzed. Result The response rate of the observation group was 94. 74% which was evidently higher than 75. 68% of the control group, and the differences had the statistical significance （ P＆lt;0. 05）. In addition, the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the control group was 24. 32%, which was significantly higher than 5. 26% of the observation group （P＆lt;0. 05）. After treatment, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5. 26%, and comparing with 18. 42% of the control group, the difference had statistically significant （ P＆lt;0. 05 ） . Conclusion The Yangyin Huowei mixture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis significant clinical effect, it can effectively control the adverse reactions occur, reduce the recurrence rate, and help patients prognosis. It is worthy of clinical application.
