独活寄生汤联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探讨独活寄生汤联合甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2015年4月在我院风湿科住院治疗的87例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组予甲氨蝶呤片联合柳氮磺吡啶片治疗,治疗组在口服上述西药基础上加用独活寄生汤加减治疗,用药3个月后对两组的治疗效果进行评价。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率达85.71%。与对照组相比,能明显的改善AS患者中医证候积分、BASDAI、BASFI、脊柱痛、指地距等生活功能状态(P<0.05),同时对实验室指标hs-CRP、ESR的表达亦有一定的改善作用,且不良事件的发生概率较低。结论独活寄生汤联合甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with Methotrexate, Sulfasalazine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods From January 2015 to April 2012, 87 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated with Methotrexate tablets combined with Sulfasalazine tablets. The treatment group used Duhuo Jisheng decoction based on the oral administration of the Western medicine. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85. 71%. Comparing with the control group, AS patients can significantly improve the TCM syndrome integral, BASDAI, BASFI, spinal pain, and other functional status （ P ＆lt;0. 05 ） , while the laboratory indicators hs-CRP, ESR, and the occurrence probability of adverse events were low. Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with Methotrexate, Sulfasalazine has definite effect on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
