降糖方联合西格列汀改善糖尿病胰岛素抵抗

Glucose-lowering Prescription combined with Sitagliptin in Improving Insulin Resistance in Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨降糖方联合磷酸西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法治疗组予西格列汀片100mg每天1片,同时予降糖方口服控制血糖;对照组予二甲双胍片0.5每天3次口服。观察两组治疗前后FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c、HOMA—IR、FI.s、TG、TC、B-I指数。结果治疗组与对照组治疗12周后两组的血糖、餐后2小时血糖以及Hb A1c无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组WC、FI.s、TG、TC、B-I指数显著改善。结论西格列汀联合降糖方可以减轻胰岛素抵抗、增加胰岛β细胞的敏感性。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of hypoglycemic agents combined with sitagliptin in the treatment typeⅡdiabetes. Methods The treatment group was given Sitagliptin Phosphate Tablets 100 mg, 1 tablet each dar, and took oral glucose-lowering prescription to control blood sugar at the same time. The control group was given metformin 0. 5, three times each day. Before and after the treatment, FPG, 2 HPG, HbA1c, HOMA IR, FINs, TG, TC and BMI were observed. Result After treatment for 12 weeks, the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference on blood sugar, 2hPG and HbA1c （P＆gt;0. 05）. The WC, FINs, TG, TC and BMI index of the treatment group significantly improved. Conclusion Sitagliptin Phosphate Tablets combined with glucose-lowering prescription can relieve insulin resistance, and increase the sensitivity of the β cells.
