Clinical Example of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

血府逐瘀汤出自《医林改错》,为王清任所创的活血化瘀代表方剂之一,具有活血化瘀、理气止痛之功效,临床上常用于治疗心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛等。结合多年临床实践经验,在临床上广泛应用血府逐瘀汤,灵活加减,如呃逆、失眠、高血压等辨证属气滞血瘀,阻滞不通之证,皆用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,以扩大其应用范围。

Xuefu Zhuyu decoction comes from Yilin Gaicuo, one of the representative prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Wang Qingren, and has effect on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and facilitating pain relief. Clinical often used in the treatment of blood stasis type resistance obstruction of heartache and so on. The author combined with many years of experience in clinical practice, widely used Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in clinic therapeutic flexible, such as hiccups, insomnia, hypertension, etc. The disease belongs to the syndrome differentiation and qi stagnation and blood stasis was treated with modified Xuefu zhuyu decoction, and range of application was expanded.
