摘要
市场经济条件下,企业内部的劳动者对于劳动价值观的认识也正发生着变化,从初期的市场经济尝试到如今的市场经济不断深化,我国生产企业的工人对于劳动的认识,也从原先的劳动光荣逐步过渡到劳动生存,继而转变为劳动创业论。对于大多数产业工人而言,劳动价值观已经从精神层面的支撑转变为物质层面的需求。劳动力结构的多元化与组织内劳动价值观的多元化成为一种常态。转轨期我国劳动者需要对劳动价值观的再认识,应该尊重自然的劳动规律。实现劳动的内在和外在统一是劳动生产力提升的根本动力。
With the development of market economy in China, the enterprise laborers' perception of the labor val- ue has been changing accordingly. In the process of a gradually deepening market economy, the industrial workers in the manufacturing sector have renewed their understanding of the nature of labor, that is, their values have changed considerably. Specifically speaking, labor is viewed as a form of obtaining glory initially, and then is treated as a means of survival. At present, the advocacy of entrepreneurship as a means to make a living is becoming increasingly accepted. However, for most of the industrial workers, the perception of the values of labor have moved from the spir- itual plane to the material plane. The diversity of the labor structure and that of the values of laborers within industrial organizations have become a new normal.
