The arrival of the ＂lnternet ＋＂ era has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of the archives department. The archives department is to provide users with more convenient and high quality archival information service, need to use the archives service outsourcing to speed up the process of the construction of archives. This paper expounds the problem of the ＂lnternet ＋＂ era of archives service outsourcing from the four aspects： the security of archives service outsourcing, the level of archival outsourcing industry, the quality of service outsourcing and the archives outsourcing personnel. And put forward the corresponding solution measures, aimed at promoting the ＂lnternet ＋＂ era of archives service outsourcing industry＇s development.
