再生骨料强化技术对再生混凝土性能影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 再生骨料由于多裂纹和多孔隙的结构特征导致用再生骨料配制的再生混凝土的性能较差,故本研究中利用两种化学浆液对再生骨料进行强化后配制再生混凝土。研究发现:相比未强化再生骨料混凝土,利用纯水泥浆强化再生骨料混凝土强度最高,抗冻性能得到显著改善,4组混凝土的抗冻等级均达到了F100;利用掺加30%粉煤灰的水泥浆强化后的再生骨料混凝土虽然强度变化不大,但抗冻性能明显提高,再生骨料掺加率为75%和100%的两组混凝土的抗冻等级也均达到了F100。 Because of multi-crack and porous in the structure of recycled aggregate, the quality of recycled concrete produced by recycled aggregate is very poor. So in this study we use two kinds of chemical grout to enhance the recycled aggregate. It is proved that the strength of the recycled concrete that was enhanced by the pure cement grout is the highest, and the frost resistance is improved greatly also. The frost resistance of four recycled concrete reach F100. Although the strength of the recycled concrete that was enhanced by the cement grout and added 30% fly ash does not improved compared with non-enhancement recycled aggregate, its frost resistance improves significantly. When the replacement ratios of recycled aggregate are 75% and 100%, the frost resistances of all are F100.
