高原寒旱地区两种锦鸡儿光合生理指标与土壤含水量的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究白锦鸡儿和树锦鸡儿的耐旱程度,对高原寒旱区植被恢复提供帮助。在青海高寒干旱地区,通过测定两种锦鸡儿2年生幼苗在不同土壤水分条件下叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率等光合生理指标特性,从而确定两种锦鸡儿光合生理指标与土壤含水量之间的关系。结果表明:该地区白锦鸡儿和树锦鸡儿分别在土壤含水量为17.79%和17.85%时,具有最大蒸腾速率;在土壤含水量为15%-23%和12%-25%时,维持高效的净光合速率;在土壤含水量为13%-22%和15%-20%时,维持较高的水分利用效率。说明两种锦鸡儿均有较强的耐旱能力,在高原寒旱区可以作为植被恢复的重要树种。 In order to study drought resistance ability of Caragana korshinskii Kom and C. arborescens Lam, and to provide reference for vegetation restoration in cold and arid regions on the plateau, the characteristics of photosynthetic physiological indexes including photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency of leaves of two-year-old Caragana korshinskii Kom and C. arborescens Lam were measured under different soil moisture content in high cold and drought region. Then the rela- tionships between photosynthetic physiological indexes and soil water content was explored. The results show that when the soil moisture content of Caragana korshinskii Kom and C. arborescens Lam's is between 17.79% and 17.85%, transpiration rate reaches highest point respectively. When soil water content is between 15% -23% and 12% -25%, the two species maintain efficient net photo- synthetic rate. When soil moisture content is between 13% -22% and 15% -20%, the two peashrubs maintain high water use efficiency.
