血小板活性与冠状动脉慢血流现象相关性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着冠心病研究的逐渐深入,冠状动脉慢血流现象(coronary slow flow phenomenon,CSFP)与冠心病心血管事件的发生及预后有密切关系,引起广泛关注。血小板主要参与机体的凝血过程,在血栓形成及粥样斑块破裂过程中发挥关键作用。近年来研究发现血小板参与CSFP的发生发展过程,血小板活性改变与CSFP的病理生理机制密切相关,现总结国内外对于血小板活性与CSFP相关性的研究进展。 With the deeper study of coronary heart disease,the intimate association between coronary slow flow phenomenon and the occurrence and prognosis of cardiovascular events causes widespread concern. Platelet mainly involves in the body 's blood clotting process and plays an important role in the thrombus formation and plaque rupture. Recent studies have found that platelet participates in the development process of the coronary slow flow phenomenon. The changes of activity of platelet are closely related to the pathophysiology of slow flow phenomenon. In this review the research progress of the relationship between the platelet activity and slow flow phenomenon was summarized.
