摘要
2014年福州新区获得国务院批准,福州长乐机场周边成为福州新区开放开发的重点区域。为进一步提升整合空港周边区域,长乐市政府提出申报设立福州空港综合保税区,推动港区互动、港城联动。文章从福州空港综合保税区面临的普遍性问题和特殊性问题出发,结合案例分析研究,从功能性确定空间布局、从高空视角设计建筑景观、从实施层面提出建设时序,确定位于空港特殊区域的综合保税区的规划设计。
Fuzhou District was approved by the State Council in 2014, areas around Fuzhou Changle Airport become a key area of Fuzhou District. In order to enhance the integration of the surrounding airport area, Fuzhou municipal government declare the establishment of a comprehensive Free Trade Zone, to promote interactive between port and city. The article came from the universality and particularity prob- lem of Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Fuzhou Aerotropolis, combined with case studies, and make the focus of the special area planning on f functional, perspective of height and implementation.
