摘要
通过对连铸板坯结晶器保护渣黏度、熔化速度、碱度及熔化温度等关键参数的优化,结合连铸工艺优化和操作规范,降低了结晶器粘结次数,减少了板坯表面纵裂,确保了生产稳定,提高了铸坯质量。
The bond number of continuous casting mould is reduced, the surface longitudinal crack of slab is decreased through the optimization of the key parameters like protection slag viscosity, melting rate, basicity, melting temperature, and combined with optimization of continuous casting process and implementing standard operation. Stable production is achieved, and the quality of cast slabs are improved as well.
