摘要
闪速浮选工艺能够显著提升大比重矿物和嵌布粒度不均匀有色金属硫化矿石的金属回收率,可有效减少有用矿物的过磨问题,提高浮选速度,同时所消耗的浮选药剂相对较少,因此其生产能力优于常规浮选机。为解决甘肃某金矿选矿厂面临的矿石性质变化及矿石过粉碎现象严重造成金属流失等问题,采用闪速浮选技术对现有浮选工艺进行流程改造,在不影响生产的前提下提高矿石处理量120 t/d,提高金属矿石回收率4.61%,矿山技术指标和经济效益显著提升,值得类似矿山借鉴参考。
Compared with common flotation, the productivity of flash flotation is better, which will improve metal recovery rate of metal with large specific gravity and nonferrous metallic ores with uneven dissemination size,reduce the mineral overgrinding and improve flotation rate with less flotation reagents.Flash flotation is used to remake flotation progress in a gold concentrator in Gansu Province to reduce metal loss caused by mineral overgfinding and mineral changing.This new progress raises daily mining capacity by 120 t,raises ore recovery rate by 4.6 l % , technical index and economic benefit is also improved, and it gives references for other similar concentrators.
